I retain ownership and copyright on all images, and reserve the right to use all images for portfolio, marketing or display purposes.
If more than 75% of the images are rendered unusable, I will fully refund your Sitting Fee, or conduct another portrait session at my expense. In case of lost or damaged images, my personal liability will be limited to refunding half the Sitting Fee if from 25 to 50% of the images are lost or damaged due to internal or external forces. PORTRAIT SESSION LIMITATIONS AND LIABILITIES:Īlthough I try my absolute hardest to ensure the integrity of the process from first shutter click to final delivery of media, I cannot preclude the possibility that some unforeseen problem may occur. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the output from the custom labs I have chosen to work with, I will gladly replace the print at no cost to you or refund the cost of standard-size prints (i.e. It’s my belief as a photographer with over 30 years experience that the print is the ultimate embodiment of a photographer’s work, and I can assure you that I hold my prints to the absolute highest standards. For Commercial Services, if client does not agree to these conditions, exceptions must be stipulated up-front prior to the shoot and and thus written into the cost estimate and terms of service/licensing agreement, including stipulations of work-for-hire under Non-Disclosure Agreement. For Portrait Services, if client does not agree to these conditions, please provide written notification via email.
Jeff Warner PHOTOGRAPHIC retains the right to display/use all images generated for portfolio and internal business development uses, both electronically and in print.
